Brooklynn is the Assistant Property Manager for OliveMill where she is responsible for the daily operations and maintenance of OliveMill’s owned and managed assets and tending to the needs of tenants.
Brooklynn is involved with lease administration activities, regular inspections of properties with service providers, preparing bid proposals and service contracts, assisting with annual budgets and financial reporting, and ensuring that all maintenance issues are resolved as requested by tenants.
Prior to this role, Brooklynn graduated from Texas Christian University with a bachelor’s degree in Finance Real Estate at the Neeley School of Business. She served as an Officer for the TCU Real Estate Club and remains involved through their alumnae program. While she now resides Dallas, she is originally from San Diego, California. She has spent her life dedicated to patient advocacy for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation and is passionate about music, running, and a good cup of coffee.
