Before joining OliveMill, Harris was part of Todd Interests as a development associate, where he focused on the firm’s financial and transactional dealings. Such dealings included asset management of a 1.9M square feet portfolio, underwriting development/entitling opportunities totaling over $2 billion, and construction management of $800M of ground-up development/adaptive reuse. Before Todd Interests, Harris worked for Durkin Properties as an analyst, focusing on city incentivized value – add opportunities in Richardson, Texas, and executing built-to-suits for Tenant Healthcare nationwide.
Harris received his bachelors of science in international business from Lynn University.
