Kate is the Director of Property Management for OliveMill where she is responsible for leading the property management team supporting all OliveMill owned and managed assets.
Prior to this role, Kate served as Vice President of Property Management with Stream Realty Partners. With more than 20 years of industry experience, she was involved with the $67 million redevelopment of Trammell Crow Center, a 1.2 million SF office tower in Dallas’ Arts District as well a 2000 Ross, a $115 million mixed-use project. She previously worked for CBRE and Trammell Crow Company, where she began her career. Kate graduated from Louisiana State University and holds the RPA and CCIM designations.
Kate and her husband Jonathan reside in Dallas with their three children. She is involved with the Junior League of Dallas, National Charity League, Pi Beta Phi Dallas Alumnae Club, Christ the King School and Ursuline Academy.
