Ryan is founding partner of OliveMill where he is primarily responsible for investment opportunities and company growth.
Prior to founding OliveMill, Ryan Senior Vice President of development at KDC. Ryan was responsible for managing the $100M development for Sammons Headquarters in Des Moines, IA as well as overseeing development activity across the United States. Ryan previously also worked at KBS as vice president of acquisitions and asset management where he directed asset management, acquisitions, and disposition strategies for Dallas and Southeast region. While at KBS he was responsible for a portfolio of over 4.0 M square feet of office and industrial assets with a total asset value of $900M. Ryan earned his bachelor’s of science in business administration with a concentration in real estate finance from the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business.
