Sean Sundby is a Managing Director at OliveMill where he is responsible for overseeing all brokerage services, with a primary focus on occupier advisory transaction services for local, national, and global companies as well as 3rd party leasing.
Prior to joining OliveMill, Sean was a broker for the DFW-based Advisory and Transaction Services team of CBRE, where he spent over a decade as a member of one of the most active and respected multi-market occupier services teams in the country. Much of his success is derived from his ability to provide his clients with an arsenal of services, from strategic planning and comprehensive financial analysis to business plan consulting that can impact the bottom line. Sean has helped managed the portfolios of numerous Fortune 500 companies, and executed transactions for hundreds more, including the likes of AT&T, IWC (formally Regus), Siemens, IBM and Citi. Sean earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in real estate and marketing from Baylor University.
